Excellent hotel for solo travellers. Very good location, next to a big shopping mall. Situated centrally in Kelana Jaya and getting a cab is very easy.

Rona at the frontdesk made us feel welcome when we checked in. She also gave useful and valuable advice on my tour in KL. We had delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant everyday during my stay. Various styles of food were served and we really enjoyed it. The staff at the restaurant, Shamsul, Shaz, Sharul and Mus in particular, made us feel at home. The hotel is relatively new and has got modern amenities. It is not too far from a metro station. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the internet service is excellent. The one issue, albeit a small one, is that to get to from the hotel lobby to street level if you want to walk somewhere, you need to go to Lower Ground Level 4 and walk through the carpark.

Food heavens surrounding this hotel. The shopping mall also have a huge selection of cuisine. Room is cozy and spacious. Bed is comfortable. It even has a coin operated laundrette. Enjoyed the peaceful swim in their clean, well maintained pool. Staffs are friendly, polite and always a smile on their face, making us feel very welcome. The Sunway area is a great setup for a holiday including good hotels, huge shopping mall, tons of different restaurants places to eat, the water / attraction / animal park, universities and a hospital. All in walking distance. Public transport is also pretty good with bus / train transit close by. We stayed at Sunway Resort in a "Club" room. We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for dining and shopping. The facilities were what I expected, basic and simple reflecting the value for money.

Great place to stay for a couple of days. Room very clean, bed was super comfortable, I liked the little pool. Breakfast buffet was rather basic mainly catering for Asian guests, it us suggested to get there early Plenty of Asian food places in the vicinity. 5 minutes cab ride to Sunway
