"Staff was very kind and accommodating. Able to store luggage while waiting for room. Limited elevator space, but hotel was quite busy with cruise travelers. Rooftop patio great for eating/drinking with a great view. Great restaurants, shops and sites (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and Museum of Pop Culture) are within walking distance."

"We greatly enjoyed our few nights staying at the citizenM on South Lake Union. Our 1 bed had a beautiful view of the city sky rises and was perfectly comfy for 2. The room was very well maintained and clean. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the shower felt so nice after a long day outside. The location was great and had a grocery store and many good restaurants all within walking distant. Staff were all also friendly and respectful to us during our visit. We'd be happy to return here again and visit the other citizenM locations in the future."
