"My Tower Premium King Room on the 23rd floor was spacious. The bellmen at the front of the hotel treated me kindly. However, the lobby staff could be more welcoming to guests. The bed was cozy, and my room, away from the elevator, was mostly quiet. Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing needed repairs. The sink faucet leaked, and the shower overflowed into the bathroom's main area. The good news is that the housekeeping staff cleaned these water spills during their daily service. When I ordered room service, it arrived quickly. However, the pricing doesn’t reflect the limited menu. All in all, I would return to this hotel. Its location is in the city center, and I enjoyed working at a sizeable desk. A few tweaks to the hotel’s operations would improve the customer experience."

"Convenient location. Check in was quick and simple. Excellent Darling Harbour view. Room was clean and well furnished. Quite a few options for dining, but menus were similar."

"The room was clean the major let down was the mold in the shower. Breakfast was just standard buffet but nothing over the top. Hotel is looking a little rundown but overall clean and in a convenient spot. Would of been nice if we were told on arrival about the short cut to darling harbour via the wilson carpark."
