"Very glad that there was a lift. My single room was small but had all I needed. The shower was a really good size which made it easy to get into. There is a lounge with a lovely view of the sea. You can walk down to North Bay beach. The breakfast was extra but very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there are steps from the street to the front door."

"We stayed at the Bike and Boot Hotel in Scarborough for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the modern quirky decor. We had a medium sea view room which had a large king size bed with a lovely modern bathroom. We had a fantastic sea view from our window. It can be a little difficult at times to find a parking spot due to the number of hotels in the area. We did not stay for breakfast as we thought this was a little expensive. We would definitely stay here again as we loved the hotel's location and sea view. We are dog lovers so loved seeing the different types of dog around the hotel. All staff were friendly and there to assist if you needed help with the self check-in."

"Not our first stay here - a returning visit, as the previous one was so good - luckily, we got the same room as before; beautifully decorated, extremely quiet and comfortable, the bathroom quite superb, and already looking for an excuse to go again. The food in the bar/restaurant is quite, quite delicious, and the staff have obviously been very well briefed on how to deal with customers. We cannot fault this property at all - wonderful."

"On arrival I was met by Jonathan who was very welcoming and friendly, he showed me to my room and provided me with a number to call should I have had any issues during my stay. Excellent service! The room itself was lovely, very comfortable, had tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, lovely en suite and everything I needed! In check out, Jonathan again was very attentive and wished me well for my journey home. The train station is also a very short walk away which is mainly why I picked the hotel. "
