"Beautiful hotel, stunning interiors with every detail thought of. The facilities were stunning, loved the pools and sauna and our huge floor to ceiling windows with the best view of the city. We had a staycation and it felt like we could have been in Hong Kong or Singapore. It was so good I went back a week later!"

"Starting with the view off the 37th floor, it was spectacular. The unit had everything we wanted or needed for a stay of 5 nights. Kitchen was a good size, the washer and dryer worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. Initially we had trouble trying to figure out how to use the TV, not being familiar with that format, but eventually we figured it out by trial and error. The security system for using the elevators we found quite unique and efficient. Also the rates for the days we picked were very reasonable compared to other name brand hotels. All in all a very satisfactory stay, one of our best."

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt regency. Convenient location, great facilities and clean. One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. Liked the lennons bar, didn’t eat but drinks were good and reasonably priced"

I mentioned I spent almost 3 months at The Westin in Malaysia on business and was very happy. Aden surprised me by upgrading my stay. I was in Brisbane to attend my son’s wedding. Both the room and amenities were beyond my expectations. All staff I interacted with - from room service, housekeeping and valet truly make wonderful ambassadors for The Westin."
