"Overall good stay Pros: - Big comfy bed - Conveniently located near tram stop - Friendly staff Unfortunately lots of yelling one night from a resident/client :( Cons - Shower door was complety broken (I reported this to staff) - Water drain overflowed into the bathroom from showering - wifi not working"

"Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. Our shower wasn’t clean and when you sit on the toilet and look straight at the eye level at the sink all you see is a line of mould between the sink and the underline of the stone bench. It seems a bit ridiculous to charge double because it’s Mother’s Day weekend, as a i looked at the same hotel room on another weekend and it was a lot less. Overall, it wasn’t great and was extremely over priced for what it is."
