Pretty good...
Overall its a pretty good place, and with the animals and creek swimming hole, it really was a wonderful stay for my 10yr old grandson.
But there were just a few things that may be need a re-think by the owners:
1. The main bedroom was extremely hot and it wasn't even hot weather - mid 20s. The fan in the room made no difference, and the A/C in the lounge had no impact.
2. There is a front and rear entrance to the house. The front entrance is not covered, so anything left on the verandah is not protected from the rain. Unfortunately, the rear entrance, which is covered and would be perfect for leaving dirty shoes outside, has a pool gate on it so the children cannot access it. Simply changing this gate would make it way more practicle for wet weather.
3. Although there is a drier, there is no clothes rack or line undercover for air drying. We were swimming a lot and needed to hang our gear so that it could drip dry a bit.
So in the end, it is a bit of a pain if you are staying there in wet weather, but this could easily be fixed with a few simple tweaks.
