Comfortable room in a brand new boutique hotel.
New and clean. Bed comfortable and good location. Good to allow car parking for several hours after checkout time.

아주 좋습니다. 새로 지은 듯 시설도 깨끗하고 트윈을 사용했는데 방도 넓고 좋았습니다. 조식 뷔페는 훌륭했습니다. 그 중 최고는 대욕장입니다. 다음에 또 방문의사 100프로입니다.

일단 냉장고가 없습니다. 그 흔한 생수 두병도 없습니다. 그럼에도 방은 생각보다 좁습니다. 11층에 대욕장이 있고 작지만 야외노천탕이 있습니다. 조식은 특징없고 맛도 특별하지않습니다.

性價比很高的新酒店
鄰近堺町街，小樽運河就在附近，酒店提供免費露天風呂值得一試，雖收費泊車和早餐，但服務很好，食物也不錯，房間在日本來說已算大，很滿意的一次入住。

오타루 숙박은 여기서
오타루를 밤까지 느껴보고 싶어 숙박을 했어요. 그리즈 프리미엄은 신축 건물이라 멀리서도 금방 눈에 띄었고 오타루역에서 10분 남짓 걸으면 되고 운하까지는 5분 정도 걸으면 됩니다. 룸컨디션, 서비스 모두 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 침구 수건 깨끗했스비니다. 방에 있는 창문이 오타루 시내를 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 돼 있어서 밤에도 아침에 일어나서도 오타루를 감상하느라 시간 가는 줄 몰랐습니다. 11층 대욕장에 작은 노천탕도 밤에 여행 피로를 푸는데 좋았어요.

오타루 또 가고싶게 만드는
다음에도 여기서 묵고싶을정도로 깨끗한 대욕장과 깨끗한 객실 너무좋았어요~ 특히나 객실에서 보이는 바다 풍경이 좋았고 조식 정말 강추!!!!입니다

三天兩夜的感想
房間很小想訂大坪數也沒有， 22平方米沙發床就佔了很多空間 掛衣服的地方只有牆上幾個大木釦造型的設計可以掛 秋冬旅遊大行李箱一放，很難行走 環保政策的宣導，連住三天才打掃 浴室很小，但有大浴場可以去那裡洗澡比較舒服 大浴場其實也不大，但有露天小熱水池 浴場只有洗髮精、潤髮、沐浴精，沒有卸妝乳 泡完湯吹整區有化妝水、乳液、吹風機等基本的設備 是新飯店整體乾淨，但走道上連續兩天堆放備品大籠車，很有壓迫感 屬於新潮簡約旅館，少了點人味

垃圾級服務的飯店
一行三人入住當日下午四時許到達飯店的停車場，停車場大約有二十多個車位，但都泊滿，本人只能派遣家人往前台查詢，職員說需要停在另一停車場，沒有即時派人協助。飯店隔條馬路旁有三個停車場，現場沒有指示那個屬於該飯店。約十多分鐘後才有一位飯店女職員（襟前掛有硏修中名牌）出來協助，可能當時看到再有三輛車抵達停車場，恐怕阻礙其他車輛出入。當我成功泊好車時，差不多花了四十多分鐘。還有，飯店的停車場泊車費用是每天1500日元，並要放下車匙給飯店保管，若遇上前台客人比較多時，必須花多些時間排隊，才能取回車匙。 雖然我們三人訂了飯店三日兩夜的一間房間，但當時的飯店女職員只發兩張房咭，男性和女性各一張咭，除用作出入房間，也用作前往飯店大浴場的男女湯。翌日早上，本人找當值的男職員詢問為何他們有這樣的安排，他說是飯店的規定，每間房只能發兩張咭。我說付了三人房的價錢，只發兩張咭，這樣便會限制我們的房間出入及前往大浴場的自由，該職員無話可說，才免強多發一張房咭給我。 最後，當日（即入住飯店的第二天）我們早上十一時離開飯店出外吃飯，下午一時回來，發現房咭不能使用，只好前往前台查詢，才發現飯店只發給我們兩日一夜的房咭，而不是三日兩夜的。更正三張房咭後，飯店職員連一聲道謙都沒有。

바로 전에 묵은 숙소(라겐트) 객실이 기대보다 매우 넓었어서 조금 좁게 느껴졌지만 작은 테이블 공간도 있고 나쁘지않았습니다. 2박 묵었는데 3일에 한번 청소하는 시스템은 조금 별로였어요. 대욕장 샤워시설 프라이빗하게 설계되어있어 좋았고 노천탕도 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 직원도 매우 친절. 오타루역에서 멀지않고 운하랑은 가까워 위치는 매우 만족.
