Air conditioned in my room was with problems. For the second time stay they informed that the breakfast was not included, they just recognized the mistake after I showed the confirmation email with the "free breakfast" very clear. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast was served at 6:45am and not 6:30am as show in the website. Time to find a option hotel for Mercure Jardins.

Good value for the money. The property is nice. My only problem is that most staff do not speak any English. Only a few of the reception staff do. So ordering room service or asking for any help can be challenging if you don't speak Portuguese well.

Good Place To Stay- Basic, Safe and Clean
Hotel is good. A little worn. No USB charging ports in room. No toothpaste at front desk as I was out. Overall it was worth what I paid. Clean, safe and great location.

O hotel está um pouco antiquado, precisando de uma reforma pra atualizar. E o quarto tem poucas tomadas perto da cabeceira, tive que carregar o celular longe. Fora isso, tudo ótimo: equipe super gentil e solícita. A localização não tem igual! Perto da Paulista e de restaurantes e lojas.

The staff was very nice and welcoming all the time, but the hotel itself could use some upgrades. The bathroom sink was leaking. The room has a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is excellent! There was a little miscommunication for checkout, but it was easily solved.

The front desk Rodrigo needs more training. At check out he didn’t say Thank you. I handled him the key and he said ok. The rest of the staff is amazing, very nice and kind people.

Conforto e simpatia dos funcionários.
O ponto alto do hotel é o seu conforto, a cama era confortável, o chuveiro muito bom e a limpeza era impecável. O staff todo foi extremamente simpático o tempo todo durante nossa estadia, desde a equipe de limpeza, segurança e recepção todos foram muito prestativos e simpáticos. Minha única critica é em relação a TV, acho que os quartos mereciam uma atualização com pelo menos uma TV smart. Quanto a localização, o bairro é muito bom, uma pena que a Rua Augusta já viu dias melhores, mas poder ir a pé até a Paulista e a Oscar Freire, além de restaurantes incríveis há poucos minutos de distância.

Our Favorite Hotel in São Paulo
Whenever we are in São Paulo, the Mercury Jardins is our favorite place to stay. The staff members are all very efficient and friendly, the rooms — although not huge — are clean and comfortable and the location is near excellent shopping and restaurants.

Perfect hotel
Comfort rooms, nice area , closed to a different kind of very good restaurants including Fogo do chao . The pool area was nice and the hotel is located closed to shopping malls The breakfast had a good variety of food . Regards Michelle joubert

This property is in a great location close to Paulista Ave. The location and staff are the highlight of this hotel. Roger at the front desk took care of me and my group from check in to check out with great customer service.

Not bad, staff could be more helpful
It was a Sunday evening and no moneychangers were available any place nearby. Wasted a lot of time due to this. The staff here did not know of any moneychangers nearby, and were really not able to help. Language problem. Property is good, location is just off the central area. But to go to the central areas you have to go a bit uphill.

Air conditioner broken. Internet wasnt working. Not enough towels. Room had a constant water flow sound behind some wall which made my sleeping very hard.

This has been my worst experience as a guest checking in. The two ladies at the front desk were terribly rude and made our check in the slowest check-in in my life, they were not helpful at all and very rude. Would never return only because of how they treat their costumers.
