"Anderson and Rosemary are hosts supreme. they are so courteous and prompt. every small detail was looked after. their apt is modern, clean, thoughtfully laid out and well-appointed. i would highly recommend this property. the only problem is with the vrbo website. they make it difficult to extend your stay for a few days. "The apartment is as pictured and was right at the beach. I loved waking up to the views and being able to walk to the beach right from the back gate of the apartment building. I felt pretty safe and close to all the action. Host was super friendly and commutative. I made a mistake during my booking and selected the wrong checkout. he was gracious enough to let me overstay my booking. Internet was also great and I was able to work from there. "Needs some upgrade to kitchen appliances., toilets.. only one bedroom with AC , the other bedroom a fan( it was hot).. Pool a little too far (we never used it).Gilbert is an excellent host.. He was available all the time..neighborhood very quiet, project has security 24/7 at the entrance.. I recommend this place."

"The area is nice spot , but I rent with 6 bed , 2 washroom, o got other apartment with 5 bed and 1 washroom, for groups was not convenience . We was supose to have basic stuff , as paper toilet , shampoo , thing for kitchen was no the case .
