Westside Santa Barbara Retreat
- Our Westside home is central to most all of what makes Santa Barbara so special. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, groceries, hospital, hiking paths and parks, beach and vibrant State Street.
Fully remodeled in Jan 2025, our home has luxury flooring, brand new kitchen featuring quartz counters, stainless premium appliances, completely remodeled bathroom, fenced private backyard with gourmet BBQ and dining table for 4, covered front porch with mountain views, carport parking for 2 vehicles.
