"We were so happy with our experience at the property. The pictures were representative of the property, and in fact there were more beds than we envisioned. The layout is a little unusual, but it was great for us!! All beds are upstairs divided into 2 rooms with doors (each with a couch and an elevated double/queen bed) and 1 large open area at the top of the stairs with 2 double beds (1 may even be a king-size). "The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."

"Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund in dem Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von dem Vermieter empfangen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und gemütlich, es fehlte an nichts. Die Umgebung hat uns persönlich mit so gut gefallen, es gibt am Rhein weitaus schöne Örtchen. In den Gaststätten und im Supermarkt gab durch die Bank nur sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn das tolle Ferienhaus an einem anderen Ort stehen würde, würden wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen. Liebe Grüße Anja...

"We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit fijne vakantiehuis. Het huis was erg schoon, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en we konden lekker buiten zitten in de tuin. Mooie omgeving, veel te doen. Heel vriendelijke verhuurders, die ons leuke tips gaven."

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...

"Es war wieder einmal sehr schön bei euch. Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy. Place was clean and stocked with the minimum, but one bathroom sink didn't work and...

"Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Ortsrand mit schönen Wanderwegen. Mit der Einrichtung fühlt man sich in die 60er Jahre zurück versetzt- es hat aber seinen Charme. Schöner Garten mit Grillplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt"
