"This was our second stay at this hotel . Previously stayed just my husband and I over the new year period . Retuned in April just for one night after a ski trip to Austria . This time with our son , sadly the triple room was disappointing not a patch on the double room we had prior . Reception and restaurant staff really friendly and polite , sadly this is not the same for the bar staff ! Very rude , as hotels.com member we were given a voucher at reception for a complimentary drink , when I handed this to him , he looked down his nose at me and made me feel quite awkward! Location of hotel is fab - very convenient for the airport shuttle bus too . "

"Very convenient from airport train station, as well as to early flight departures the next morning. Nice restaurant for pleasant dinner. Clean room. Comfortable beds for a good sleep while traveling. "

"Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"The breakfast was good. Items were seasoned well, so no salt was needed. The gym was nice and had enough equipment for a good workout. There is also a table tennis room which saw a lot of action from other guests. You’ll need to use your room card to keep the power on in your suite. They are serious about energy conservation, so get an extra key if you want the central air/heat to run while you’re away. Otherwise, as soon as you remove the key, the power will shut off. The location is close enough to walk around the historic neighborhood. They also have parking if you drive. "
