"We arrived early and although the room was ready, they charged us an “Early check-in Fee”. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in and checked in earlier that did that. It involved no effort on their behalf e.g. expediting room cleaning, so it is just a shameless money grab. Check the other FRA hotels first to see if they have this fee if you’re arriving earlier before booking here. "

"Everything was nice but if I have to point one thing is duvet was little bit thin. It was acceptable but it would be more great if they could change more good one! However other things are great! Great location for walking neighborhood of the hotel! I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the morning! Overall it was awesome!"

"I reached out to the hotel before my stay because my flights got cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East. I was aware the booking was non-refundable and simply asked whether any goodwill solution might be possible. Unfortunately, I never received any response from the hotel at all. The lack of communication is disappointing. If I had known this beforehand, I would likely have chosen a hotel with reception service, something to consider before booking."

"Great hotel for overnight stays when transiting thru Frankfurt. The hotel is very close to the airport, although there is no shuttle, an uber cost us 15€ to get to the hotel and 11€ to get to the airport. It is also close to Gateway Garden S Bahn stop, about 10’ walk, which can take you to the airport and into the centre of Frankfurt in about 15’. The rooms are very nice, great beds, good shower. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. "
