Sehr scjƶne Unterkunft

Hatten eine Einweisung fĆ¼r die Unterkunft. Saune, Whirlpool, Kinoleinwand usw. Hat alles funktioniert und war eine perfekte Unterkunft zum JGA feiern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und LebensmittelgeschƤfte, Apotheke, Therme und Casino im der nƤhe und per FuƟ git uu erreichen.

Coole Bude fĆ¼r JGAs oder GruppenausflĆ¼ge in die Koblenzer-Region

Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfƤhig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fuƟlƤufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmƶglichkeiten gibts nur fĆ¼r ein Fahrzeug, fĆ¼r weitere Fahrzeuge gibts aber kostenlose ParkplƤtze in der NƤhe. Die Betten, HandtĆ¼cher und Badezimmer waren sauber. Die AblĆ¼sse der Duschen waren teilweise etwas Ć¼berfordert, wenn 15 Leute nach einander duschen gehen. Wir waren zwei NƤchte vor Ort und wĆ¼rde wiederkommen. Ingesamt 4/5 Sterne. Ein Stern-Abzug fĆ¼r die Probleme mit dem Whirlpool und die Lage in der City, rechts und links sind alle LƤden scheinbar zu. FuƟlƤufig ist aber auch die Promenade Richtung Lahn und Spielcasino. Pizzeria "Dante Express" kƶnnen wir empfehlen :D

Die Unterkunft war mit den SchlafrƤumen in der 2. Etage und den groƟzĆ¼gigen AufenthaltsrƤumen in der 3. Etage fĆ¼r unser Treffen mit Kindern zwischen 3 - 8 Jahren, 5 Eltern um die 40 Jahre und 4 GroƟeltern optimal geeignet! Die Lage (ein Ausflugtag) ist sehr zentral und auch das anfangs befĆ¼rchtete Parkplatzproblem lieƟ sich leicht lƶsen! Wir kommen wieder!

Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war der hammer. CheckIn/-out gingen schnell und unproblematisch. Vom BIlliardtisch bis zum Whirlpool hat sie alles zu bieten gehabt. Sie war zudem sehr sauber und schƶn eingerichtet. Ɩffis waren auch fusslƤufig gut erreichbar. Wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Gute Unterkunft fĆ¼r mehrere Familien

Besonders mit Kindern und Teenies zu empfehlen, da Heimkino, Billiard und Whirlpool vorhanden. Lage ist sehr zentral, alles gut zu FuƟ erreichbar. Ein Regal oder Schrank in den SchlafrƤumen wĆ¼rde ich mir fĆ¼r Kleidung noch wĆ¼nschen.

Het verblijf was prima, alles aanwezig wat gezegd was. Alleen de afwerking van zo'n beetje alle vertrekken is nog niet netjes afgewerkt. De omgeving is zeer mooi, maar om bij het verblijf te komen moet je bij mensen over het prive terein.

Top Unterkunft fĆ¼r Gruppen

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man in einer grĆ¶ĆŸeren Runde eine gute Zeit verbringen mƶchte. Whirlpool, Sauna, Billard, alles top und gut in Schuss. Die KĆ¼che ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (zwei KĆ¼hlschrƤnke), die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmƤƟig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert - Fazit: gerne wieder!

Sehr schƶne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super entspannt! Alleine der Billardtisch und der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Leinwand waren cool. Man hatte genug Mƶglichkeiten sich zu beschƤftigen. Wir waren rundum glĆ¼cklich und zufrieden und hatten auch keine Probleme mal etwas lauter die Musik aufzudrehen! Die Umgebung war auch sehr schƶn und bietet Mƶglichkeiten Spazieren und wandern zu gehen. Die Ferienwohnung wĆ¼rde ich jedem weiterempfehlen!
