"We had an amazing stay at The T. The hotel was spotless in every sense, but the highlight were the staff. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful, in addition to being extra attentive to all our needs. We have stayed at hotels in different countries, but the level of service we received here was incomparable.
A very special thanks to Kenji. We left our phone in a cab to the hotel. Unfortunately, the cab driver wasn't willing to drive back or provide an address for us to collect the phone. Kenji made several phone calls to the driver to speak to him on our behalf. Thanks to her incessant efforts over the next few hours, the driver agreed to bring our phone back.
Overall, the stay couldn't have been better!"
