"Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. Mold in the bathtub, wall edge molding around the tub missing causing scraping to leg and knees, bathroom sink drawer’s falling out unsecured only 2 towels in room....

The small kitchen cleanliness is poor, with tiny cockroaches emerging every day, and cups and bowls are stained, and the kettle is rusted inside. You need to eat out and do takeout. Dead battery in TV remote caused us inconvenience and we had to replace them. Beach chairs and mat are provided, and bed is comfy and clean. "
