Hi Effie, I'm sorry the beds & sofas wasn't to your taste, I need to say that the Beds and Mattress are new in this property from March 2020. As our other guests have said, they find the beds very comfortable, and I have offered a range of options to suit - the Queen is a Plush, the Double is a Firm, 1 single is firm, and the other single is soft, for the kids choice. The 3 Seater and 2 Seater are only 3 years old, other guests have found it comfortable, though yes the futon is older, it is not listed but is intended for the kids to muck around on, as it's away from the other 2 sofas. However, thank you for your stay at Withaven.

Clean place and friendly host
The photos don't do justice. The house is clean, orderly and contains a very well stocked kitchen. The host is very approachable and responds to enquiries quickly. Easy drive to Hyams and other beaches, Jervis Bay town centre and shops. Please note that there was no wi-fi when we stayed in Dec 2020.

Great weekend getaway
We had a great time down the coast! The house was very clean, it was close to the beach, the National Park and shops. Eileen was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely comfortable home
Lovely comfortable house in a quiet location. Only a short drive to most attractions. Very personable feel to this home. House was very clean and well equipped. Very quick communication with the owner.
