"The only serious disappointment was Expedia did not mention that the pool was under construction. Additionally, it was IMPOSSIBLE to connect with the CoronaTour auto service regarding my transportation to and from the airport—EXPEDIA THEY NEED TO BE BILINGUAL OR YOU SHOULD CONFIRM PICK UP TIMES"

The staff was so nice and friendly, and they went out of their way to make my special day and the entire trip unforgettable. Andrea and Eric were especially wonderful. "We loved, loved, loved our stay at the Charlston Santa Teresa in Cartagena. We were greeted with elegance, cleanliness, and very friendly and honest staff, who were professional by the highest standards, and also looked out for our well being and safety. And that is something that no money can buy! Beyond that, there are the usual amenities like a gym, a pool, a nice restaurant, magnificent views (granite baths, beach proximity and city center not included - NOT kidding). The breakfast, too, was out of this world!"
