This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the walled city. Location is the most important thing for me when booking a vacation We were welcomed with a delicious drink and lunch Our first impression was excellent. We were celebrating my birthday and my fiancé got me a birthday surprise with flowers and rose petals. The staff was so accommodating we were so very pleased Breakfast was incredibly tasty and the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the customer service. A special thank you to Fernando, Ronnie and Juan who were so friendly and always ready to attend. It was such a pleasant experience I cannot give less than a 10/10

Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!
