"This was a beautiful place to stay! It was right on the beach, private beach, well maintain nice pool, and hot tub, good Staff comfortable beds nice kitchen area. Great view, nice balcony, amazing showers all the stuff you need; Michael, bread, toaster, utensil, oven, plate, cup… We had one of the suites. It was really great! I only have two complaints. One; the fourth floor elevator did not work so our family of six had to pack all of our luggage and coolers full of food up one flight of stairs. Definitely an inconvenience! The second complaint is the lounge chairs in our hotel room suite were about the most uncomfortable lounging chairs ever. When you’re done playing all day and want to just relax the only place to relax lay on the bed. The couch was comfortable archive loved it. Everything else was amazing. Definite going to stay there again!"

"The beach was good. The construction was noisy but not the owners fault! Overall we loved the condo as it was a plus to me. The parking was easy and everything was accessible for eating out or shopping! And can’t forget Kevin! The best Security guy ever! "

"The house was amazing and spacious! The pool was the perfect size and clean. The walk to the beach from the house was easy. "

"For a one night stay it was okay. Yes it's walking distance to the beach/ocean , which made it super convenient but the studio we stayed in was " updated" per employee but it was still run-down. Make sure to bring your own water bottles. Stove only had 2 /4 burners operable and there was zero cookware. The beds and blankets were very soft and comfortable. I personally would not stay there again. "

"Overall it was a nice find on the beach. A couple of changes: living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning upstairs struggled to cool. Everything else was great. "

"They say in Real Estate the three important aspects is Location, Location, Location and this is also true in Vacation Rentals.This Beach House is huge on the inside. Although we only slept 8 people, there was room for twice as many. It’s like having 2 apartments with a shared kitchen and dining room. The whole place was super clean and everything was functional. Very tastefully decorated that had a great Beach feel to it.The elevator was wonderful for bringing everything in and taking it all back out when leaving No carrying luggage and such up 3 flights of stairs. This was a major added bonus!The Hot Tub was another nice touch. Easy to operate and the perfect way to end the day.All of this was great, but the service and communication with January at 979, the Company that operates the Property really made the entire experience exceptional.We had a self-inflicted issue after leaving Sunday morning.I reached out to January via text and figured I would hear back from her Monday during normal business hours as it was trivial.She got back with me within 15 minutes, had already contacted the Property Owners and resolved the issue. I have never received that quick of a response from a Management Company let alone on Sunday morning.Thank you January!I feel the biggest plus you can leave in a Review is whether of not you will use the Product or Service again.We will be staying at this property again in the future."

"Had a good stay since the weather cooperated. Sheet and mattress cover was dirty. The shower curtain liner was stained & dirty needed to be replaced before we could use the shower. We had to call three times to get any service. The picnic table was tilted & they tried to add screws but the table was skewed and we couldn't even put anything on it. The plastic chairs on the deck were a hazard because of the broken and sharp edges. We were short on utensils for cooking and dinner wear for eating. there were no hangars for our clothes and we didn't know to bring our own. we needed a second blanket. we were in sea turtle number two this time. it was the second time we've been at this location. We were charged for cleaning but didn't get that service until we called and asked for it. why it there such a high host fee. It seems like it is a rip off because there really wasn't a host service."
