"We were surprised and a little unnerved about the rattle snake habitat next to house. But all was good never seen a snake. Beach is A few steps away. My husband enjoyed watching big ships coming . Need some dishes to be able warm things in microwave. Smaller skillet needs replaced. But other than that kitchen was efficient. The doors to bedrooms stick. The one door is hard to shut.Furniture ok. The Queen bed is really soft you sink in the middle. No air in bedroom but there is a fan."

"We had family visiting from Europe and wanted a quiet getaway for a few days. All guests were older (50-83yrs old) so we specifically looked for not just a nice place but one that was more accessibility friendly. This delivered. The beach house was very cute and comfortable, the ramp much appreciated by our older guests! Right on the beach it had wonderful views for morning coffee. The one thing I would mention is the colorful deck chairs are very tall so not all could get up in them - next time...

"It was a great location and super close to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off before going in. The garage door could use some paint to make the property look more appealing at first look. We ran out of hot water quickly and I had to take a frigid shower. Living room couch was broken and we had to search for a breaker box to fix a flipped breaker to turn on living room light. Not really enough room in the living room for everyone in our party (10 people) to sit together....

"The view, oh the view. It was SPECTACULAR. The photos are exactly the same as in person. The home was comfortable. There is plenty of room for sleeping. The bunk room was a hit for my special needs adult son. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was another bedroom with 2 queen size beds too. The kitchen had all that we needed, except ice. There was no ice maker, but there was plenty of coffee and filters. A kitchen table would have been nice to sit and eat when it was too chilly...
