"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"This hotel is conveniently located near the cruise terminal. Once arrived the hotel held our luggage and we were able to take the hotel shuttle to one of 3 places; Old San Juan, The District (mall) or the Beach. There are regular pick ups and drop offs through out the day so you can go back to the hotel or visit another location on the list. We only stayed 1 night so i was not able to try the breakfast, as our flight was later in the afternoon and we slept in. I like the fact that check out...
