"The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good! Bed was comfy for a good night sleep."

"The front desk was nice and helpful. It is an older Inn but just for me it was good enough. The room was clean and the AC worked well. I never did figure out how to turn on the TV lol. "

"Every meal was absolutely delicious - dining by the fireplace was incredible after a snowy drive up the mountain. The proximity to the General Sherman tree and trail was ideal. The only problem we encountered was a lack of elevator which was challenging with our luggage. Overall amazing hotel!"

"The waffle maker was broken it should have been a sign or not even brought out to the breakfast area but the main thing was I was given a second floor room then no sooner do I get there within 20 minutes the elevator breaks goes out of order I'm an elderly woman who uses a cane instead of hit and placement and it's very difficult to walk up and down stairs I don't know how long it was out of service no one informed me whether it fixed or not so I had to walk up and down the stairs"

"Staff was awesome!!!! The breakfast was super convenient I have 3 kids under 5 so it was easy for me to grab quick items. The parking is not that bad. Overall, I have a great experience. I will be back!!!!"
