this was our first time staying at AutoCamp Sequoia in three rivers California. Overall, our experience I rated a 10 out of 10 we stayed in the Vista airstream with river view. This particular selection provided a more private location with a beautiful backdrop of the river and the mountains behind our airstream. The airstream was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for myself and my son. Auto camp is well equipped to provide campers with food items supplies to help accommodate their stay. I will advise that the camper does come with a small mini fridge so choose wisely what necessities you will need to fit a small mini fridge. I did a mix of cooking at our campsite, and choosing some days to eating at auto camp kitchen. For visitors who are flying in your options would be either grocery shopping at the local grocery stores within three rivers, which do provide great grocery options or eating from auto camps kitchen at their clubhouse. If you are driving in with your own camping gear, bring coolers large enough to hold food supplies for however, long you stay you can keep them outside of your camper. The staff was incredibly helpful, accessible, courteous, and knowledgeable. The camp is clean, well kept, well-maintained, and very beautiful. There is a small accessible beach by the river bed allowing for great photo opportunities, and also exploring some of the rocky shore. Please be advised you swim at your own risk.

Amenities were not up to the level of pricing. Our "grill" was not even the stand up one on a pole you put charcoal in. It was a fire pit, that had a grill. Then we had to travel to closest market to buy charcoal. Disappointing when renting a "cabin" for $425. Which I thought had some kind of small kitchen. Not! It had a basket with paper towels, a spatula, tongs and paper cups and plates. A small fridgerator and on top fridge had a cast iron pan. Nothing else, not even kitchen sink or table inside.

The Airstream was clean and nicely decorated. It had all that you needed for a comfy stay. Few small issues… a few of the window screens were torn which made it difficult to leave windows open at night. Two of them were fine and we kept them open, but one of the two window would not latch to stay open and would collapse at times. The curtains above our bed were torn which is tasteless for the price charged. Lastly, there was a gap as you closed the door that made you think insects would crawl in. FYI, I did not see any in our room. But overall, I loved the concept. Staff were friendly and helpful and service and food was great.

Pros were friendly staff and clean Airstream camper. Cons were that the air conditioning was so loud and the thermostat was not accurate. We had to have maintenance come for two other unrelated issues. The water smelled like onions and the water pressure was low. This place was pricey for what you get. The additional $35 daily charge is a ripoff.

Our first time at AutoCamp sequoia was so memorable. We were there with another couple and as we had asked they put us close to one another. We wanted to stay in the airstreams and were amazed by how beautifully the interiors were done. The kitchen was well stocked even though we only used the tea kettle to make hot water for tea. I liked the quality of the sheets and towels. The shower head wasn't working properly because the area has hard water but it was changed minutes later after we mentioned it to front desk. They serve a very simple but great quality breakfast of granola and milk and their coffee was top notch (I am a coffee snob from Portland). Their common areas are done beautifully as well and they had drinks and happy hour daily. We will try other AutoCamp locations in the future.

The property and concept are awesome. We really enjoyed all the amenities and the room was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the location of the actual airstream on the property, ours was located at the very back of the resort with zero trees and a view of a wall. It’s was pretty disappointing. So definitely ask for one of the airstreams up-front near the river.

What an awesome place! Here’s what I can tell you about our stay that I hope will be helpful. There’s a general store across the street. The Airstream suite has a pour over coffee thing but we brought our Keurig and a toaster. The bathroom has a liquid soap dispenser (yay!). Bring a light for outside. One is provided but ours wouldn’t work. Don’t forget briquets. They don’t provide a top sheet on the bed, but if you ask they’ll give you one. The first night was a little rough as the comforter wasn’t soft. Kind of a weird thing to not provide it. Get the free coffee ASAP because once it’s gone they give you instant. The staff is AWESOME and super helpful. Oh, the Mexican food was the best I’ve ever had. I can’t remember the name but as you leave the parking lot go right and it’s within walking distance. Crystal Cave was a favorite but it’s a bumpy ride. Make sure you’re on time! Overall, we loved AutoCamp and will try other locations.

I don't recommend buying anything from their kitchen. We tired their pizzas and way over charged for basic and not very good tasting pizzas. Wings were sub par as well. There's a pizza restaurant less than 15 mins away which is way more worth for your money.

Loved our stay in Autocamp Sequoia. Our airstream was really stylish and fun to sleep in - if a bit of a squeeze with our 10 and 12 year old as the sofa bed was a small double (it's a click clack type), but we managed for a couple of nights. Location and amenities were great - we particularly loved the free granola (delicious and nut free!) and coffee in the mornings. I'd suggest bringing earplugs though as the Aircon is a very loud!
