"This was a great place to spend the night. The rooms were clean and yur staff helpful and friendly. "

"Check-in was horrible. They person who checked us in was absolutely rude. None of the staff members were smiling. The hot tub was dirty. While we were in the pool at 7am, there were no towels available. The maintenance guys left the side doors open causing the cold air to come in. When we asked where we can get towels, they didn’t even responded, and took out 5 towels. There were already 10 people in the room at this time. Carpet at 322 were stained. Same with the shower. Heater in the room was not working. "

"Breakfast choices were fine. The hotel is a "no cash" policy that makes it difficult to conduct minor transactions. Staff were having a hard time processing payment for coffee, they were unavailable most of the time at the coffee station."
