"We love that our room had a balcony. The hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant is independent and the staff there is not so friendly. We would stay there again. Plus, you can walk to the train station and the lake easily. We recommend! "

"Amazing location! The skylights had magical views. Very near everything you could want in Varenna. The washing machine was also extremely helpful for us as we were on an extended trip around Italy."

"We loved our stay in Varenna! The host gave excellent directions on how to access the apartment. We brought a car and were able to park in the nearby public parking lot. Walking to the place involved a short steep downhill on cobblestones and several flights of stairs to the apartment, so that is good to know if you have physical limitations. But, we loved it and would go back!"
