"Good in technology "

"We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Another occurrence while we were sleeping in the afternoon a male staff member entered the room without knocking and walked all the way to the bed, and after realising he said he had the wrong room. This is the staff who’s usually at the entrance and helps with parking, probably he wanted to clear or help with luggage for another room.. Around 20–30 minutes later, another housekeeping staff member entered again, probably for cleaning or who knows why despite the same Do Not Disturb sign!! Unacceptable! The personnel has no sense of being cautious and at leat knock. Instead they all just to barge in! The room also could not be locked from the inside, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We reported everything to reception immediately, but there was no proper follow-up, no real apology from management and no gesture at checkout. Felt like they didn’t really care. The room was decent, but the staff training, privacy standards and guest safety were completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again and do not recommend."

"Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Immaculate room. Great restaurant. Location was more difficult to access the Port than we expected. The trail was not as easy as we thought although we walked it down to the port. . Rita was very helpful and picked us up from the port one night, the other two nights we took a taxi. "

"Received half a roll of paper towel for 4 people. No paper towels in the kitchen or any normal hand soap in the bathroom. We ended up having to get our own supplies! WiFi password is not written anywhere. Had to reach out on our own. Beds and pillows gave me horrible back and neck pain (I’m 22). Location is okay and balcony was cool but that’s about all we liked. For the price I would not return to this property unfortunately."
