Incredibly warm, welcome beginning long before arrival with friendly and easy communication with the front desk and concierge staff through text. A complete ease of check-in even when arriving after 10 PM. One of the most stunning views from a room i’ve been lucky to experience yet.

Fantastic four seasons. So glad we booked a Bay view room - spectacular views of the Transamerica Pyramid, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate. Only niggle was the shower pressure could have done with a boost.

This hotel is incredible. The service is above and beyond, even for a Four Seasons. The views from the rooms are beautiful, and I adore the restaurant. An excellent place to stay for a business or pleasure trip.
