"I don't recall what this hotel was rated when I booked it but, its definitely basic. The location is good, as stated in other reviews. There are two separate towers, ehich was a little confusing, and you had to carry your luggage up stairs if you are in the back tower. Also, the in room furniture, and carpets, had stains. Im not sure how chairs get so stained, but either clean.them or replace them."

"Rooms need maintenance, throw pillows instead of full size pillows, animal fences on ground in front of room,caulking and paint need repair in bathrooms, carpet had large rolls/wrinkles from poor install stretching or previous flooding, homeless person going through trash in front of rooms, you get what you pay for and Travelodge is a never pay again"

"Hotel staff was amazing. The rooms and shared areas were impeccable and staff was always available to assist with any questions. I would highly recommend this hotel. A huge plus is that it is family friendly!"

"The hotel is not in the best location so beware! Once you walk outside you are near the Tenderloin to the left. Not a good area. The hotel completely price guaged due to conferences in the area. Three times the regular rate per night for an aging huge chain property is robbery! Stayed at many Hiltons that are in better shape, better locations, with better staff, at MUCH lower prices. We will not be back. The staff were not particularly friendly, except the bell hop. "
