Hilton San Francisco Financial District
the website said there was a shuttle at the airport, called to find out they hadn't had one in years. Also the door to the bathroom goes off the track and gets stuck and is very heavy to move. Scary if you cant open the door and get stuck.

The check-in staff was so amazing. I didn't get the person's name but she was so kind and helpful. The room though was a let down. Everywhere in the hotel it felt like corners were being cut to save pennies. The bath towel was about a third smaller than a normal bath towel and as nearly see through. ...
