"The property itself was fine. The rooms were clean and the overall quality of stay was ok.The staff was courteous enough but everyone seemed to be walking on eggshells. As soon as you walked up to the front of the hotel you’re greeted by a designated smoking area. The smell was overwhelming enough to trigger anyone who is allergic to smoke. The smell carried over into the Lobby area and creates a negative environment and impression for the hotel. This area was being used by staff and guest as well. We left the hotel each day so we didn’t have to be around to get overwhelmed with the smell but coming and going was brutal. I support an individuals rights to smoke but surely they can come up with a compromise that works for the entire hotel community. The hotel is listed as a smoke free place but it is far from being that. A healthy solution would be to create a designated smoking area that does not require others to breathe in the second hand smoke. "

"When I checked in , found shower has not been cleaned, a dirty towel was there, and floor had black stains. I called front desk, I guess it is AI assistant, nobody resolves issue. The bathroom floor tiles are very dirty, and wet. In the morning , I found water leakage near closet , and caused my suitcase wet. By my request of partial refund, finally received email from its GM and agreed some refund, and asked me to do refund through Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel many times, and told me they decline refund. Quality and experience do not match review."
