"The hotel was pretty great, the service is on a high level and all the staff was very helpful. My room had a low ceiling, but it was big enough, so that didn’t really bother me. The room has all the essential, I didn’t notice that there was anything important missing. The location is one of the best things, as it’s in the walking distance from the Old Town, as well as other central attractions on one hand, and on the other it has the central bus station and train station in a very close proximity. I would definitely stay again at this hotel and would recommend it to others."

"Perfect location - city center and old town within comfortable walking distance from the hotel. Extremely happy that we were updated to rooms with a view of the water. No issues with the property at all, and the COVID restrictions and adjustments (empty mini bar etc) were not intrusive at all. Only complaint was the lack of enforcement of COVID precautions at breakfast - despite being told that masks and gloves were needed, many guests did not follow the rules and did not get called on this."
