"Amazing hotel! Very professional and friendly staff especially Amanda, Selma and Astrid who contributed to a wonderful and relaxing stay at Hotel Reisen. We got an early check-in after 8 hours of flight form New York and got a room upgrade on the 7th floor. Room 703 is adorable. Breakfast was fabulous. SPA is great. "This was a wonderful stay for us! It was such a great experience to be able to stay in the historic Gamla Stan of Stockholm. The staff was not onsite when we checked in, but the instructions were very clear (in English) for us to check in on our own. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Being a building from 1607, I will point out that there are spiral stairs to the room. I personally think all of the modifications to make such a historic building work for modern hotel...
