They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. "A lovely little property, tucked out of the way 15 minutes walk from one of the gates to the city of York. We parked the car and then left it there. There were local buses but we didn't feel the need to use them. A very modern downstairs bathroom. The stairs were narrow but were aware of this in the comprehensive details. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

"Location and service was excellent. Valet Parking was great, £25 for 24 hrs is cheaper than the nearest pay and display. We arrived really early and they had a room ready and offered early check in which was very handy for us. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and it was lovely. The downside is a very hard bed and no air con. "
