"We had an excellent time at this well-appointed and comfortable cottage in Waimea. It is in easy walking distance to Black Sands beach and to a long pier from which to watch the sunset. It's right next to several good restaurants, food trucks, and bakeries. We stayed in Waimea primarily to hike Waimea Canyon, and this was the perfect base camp. It's got a well-appointed kitchen for snacks and meals, as well as washer/dryer to help with all the mud from hiking. It's got a big tub for soaking sore muscles. The yard is beautiful and well kept. The AC works great. We were concerned that maybe it would be loud with the restaurants nearby, but it was very peaceful and quiet. The management was easy to work with and very communicative, and we had a great experience. We'll be back here next time we're in south Kauai."

"Nice location and place was clean. Room was fine - we had the 1 bedroom villa. A bit old and paid $40 per day for parking in an uncovered lot, unsecured lot. Pool was great, especially on the ocean side, and the Poipu location was great. In my opinion, it’s overpriced - like everything else on the island."

"My wife, 3 adult daughter their significant others, and I made this our home for 5 days on Kauai. The home was big enough for us to not be in each other's space and cozy enough to have quality time together in the living room playing games, in the dining room eating dinner, or on any of the 3 covered porches. Even the kitchen - although cozy - was plenty big enough for 5 of us to make quick work of meal prep together.The beds were comfy. The air conditioning cooled the bedrooms in minutes before going to bed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were ample towels for the beach and the pool. Speaking of which...I didn't use the pool, but the rest of the family enjoyed it several times. My happy place was enjoying my morning cup of local Hawaiian coffee on the front porch listening to and watching the waves.Jeremy (our host) was both proactive and responsive. He was helpful coordinating with the housekeeper so that we could come 30-60 mins before check-in directly from stocking up at Costco and Target to get the cold items in the fridge. She was delightful (as were her 2 young children) and made sure we felt at home on the porch out of her way while she finished up. It's obvious she takes pride in her work."

"Had a fantastic time at this beautiful quiet house. This was the perfect spot for us, as we didn't want to be in the tourist area. The host was so friendly and accommodating and had some great suggestions for us on where to go for dining out. I would definitely reserve this place again when returning to the Island!"

"If you’re looking for a beautiful ,quiet place to relax and enjoy your vacation this is it! You’re not going to find a better host. The house was extremely clean and had everything you need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. You’re only a short drive to many beaches. Lots of good small local restaurants and small businesses that have things you can’t find anywhere else. After a long day on the beach or sightseeing, go back to the beach house and enjoy the super clean hot tub to relax before dinner or going to bed. The hosts made wonderful suggestions about places to eat and great things to see."

"This property was amazing-the pictures do not capture how beautiful it is! Our family of Mom, Dad, and 7 adult children enjoyed it immensely. It is in new condition with every attention to detail is perfect. Would love to hire the interior designer! Beds very comfortable; bathrooms top notch (first floor outdoor showers were well loved!). Kitchen is very well stocked-could cook any meal easily w/ provided items (including crockpot). Appliances top end; built in wall espresso/cappuccino/coffee machine was fantastic (or drip coffee provided if you prefer). There is one fridge in the kitchen, one in the pool area, and the upstairs bedrooms each also have a fridge/freezer drawers (didn't need but very nice). We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area-pool and hot tub. The Sonos sound system was amazing and used every day, all day. There were 6 non-reclining beach chairs, which were appreciated-as well as some snorkeling gear and an umbrella. The property is a short drive from Baby Beach, and a lot of our kids walked there through the beautiful walking path and shortcut by the shops (about 15 min walk). Very nice shopping/dinner/coffee about 5-10 min walk. Poipu Beach short drive. We enjoyed the coastal bike ride (Ke Ala Hele Makalae), Backcountry Tubing, Waimea Canyon, and Heritage Trail on coast was beautiful. We didn't do a trip to Princeville because there was so much beauty and things to do by us. Highly recommend this property; made wonderful memories for our family."
