"We stayed at the Sheraton Kauai resort villas during spring break (we are a family of 4). We really enjoyed the property which provided enough variety give it is not the size of some of much larger resorts on the island. Besides the pool, my kids (12 and 15) really enjoyed playing garden chess and corn hole. It was really convenient to have a kitchenette and the ability to do laundry in the villa. We just wish the kitchen came with either 2 sets of dishes and utensils (or a dishwashing liquid, a sponge and a drying rack to do dishes by hand) since it did not make sense to run the dishwasher for 4 plates after each meal. The property itself is in a great location and near a nice shopping center. There are also 2 restaurants on site and a convenience store/gift shop on the premise. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kuhio Shores 301. The view and sound of the ocean from the balcony draws you in. The hosts have thought of everything as far as supplies, including beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. Our hosts were so gracious by letting us stay late on our final day, as we weren’t flying out until late that night. We’re grateful for them and for this home-away-from-home!"

"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."

"Aside from one of 4 stove burners being bent, and the screen door deadbolt being bent the place was great. Adequate kitchen, bath & furniture. Pleasant balcony, & not facing the ocean directly, so wind & rain did not blow in, and a nice breeze moved the air in the room, along with the great ceiling fan. Good location too. "

"Our family had a great trip and enjoyed our stay here! The property was spacious and well maintained (inside and out). Our favourite space was by far the pool and backyard. We all had a blast hanging out by the pool and relaxing in the sun. We would absolutely come back again :)"
