"We cannot say enough wonderful things about the property as well as the management! They communicated constantly. If we had an issue, they would fix it in no time. We had a wonderful family vacation and the accessibility for our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, was absolute perfection! Overall, it was the best experience we’ve had with any sort of rental. Not to mention the property was absolutely incredible! A huge thank you to the owners for an immaculate property as well as management for maintenance and care of the property and their wonderful communication. Mahalo!"

"We had an excellent time at this well-appointed and comfortable cottage in Waimea. It is in easy walking distance to Black Sands beach and to a long pier from which to watch the sunset. It's right next to several good restaurants, food trucks, and bakeries. We stayed in Waimea primarily to hike Waimea Canyon, and this was the perfect base camp. It's got a well-appointed kitchen for snacks and meals, as well as washer/dryer to help with all the mud from hiking. It's got a big tub for soaking sore muscles. The yard is beautiful and well kept. The AC works great. We were concerned that maybe it would be loud with the restaurants nearby, but it was very peaceful and quiet. The management was easy to work with and very communicative, and we had a great experience. We'll be back here next time we're in south Kauai."

"This property was amazing-the pictures do not capture how beautiful it is! Our family of Mom, Dad, and 7 adult children enjoyed it immensely. It is in new condition with every attention to detail is perfect. Would love to hire the interior designer! Beds very comfortable; bathrooms top notch (first floor outdoor showers were well loved!). Kitchen is very well stocked-could cook any meal easily w/ provided items (including crockpot). Appliances top end; built in wall espresso/cappuccino/coffee machine was fantastic (or drip coffee provided if you prefer). There is one fridge in the kitchen, one in the pool area, and the upstairs bedrooms each also have a fridge/freezer drawers (didn't need but very nice). We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area-pool and hot tub. The Sonos sound system was amazing and used every day, all day. There were 6 non-reclining beach chairs, which were appreciated-as well as some snorkeling gear and an umbrella. The property is a short drive from Baby Beach, and a lot of our kids walked there through the beautiful walking path and shortcut by the shops (about 15 min walk). Very nice shopping/dinner/coffee about 5-10 min walk. Poipu Beach short drive. We enjoyed the coastal bike ride (Ke Ala Hele Makalae), Backcountry Tubing, Waimea Canyon, and Heritage Trail on coast was beautiful. We didn't do a trip to Princeville because there was so much beauty and things to do by us. Highly recommend this property; made wonderful memories for our family."
