"We had a wonderful stay at Kuhio Shores 301. The view and sound of the ocean from the balcony draws you in. The hosts have thought of everything as far as supplies, including beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. Our hosts were so gracious by letting us stay late on our final day, as we weren’t flying out until late that night. We’re grateful for them and for this home-away-from-home!"

"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."

"This property is amazing! Every detail is thought of, the cottage is decorated and furnished exactly how I would have done it myself. Clean, well located all the necessities and then some! Close to the pier for sunsets and close to restaurants and groceries. Outdoor tub and shower were phenomenal! The highlight of the place, along with the lovely back yard. "Beautiful property and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and beach toys were provided. Very close to several beaches, restaurants, Botanical Gardens, and shopping. The rental management was very responsive and even came by to check that we were ok when experiencing heavy rainstorms and flooding on the island. Definitely a repeat visit in the future."
