Waikomo Stream Villas is a quaint little resort located between the Kukuiula Shopping Center and Koloa Landing in the heart of Poipu.
It has the old Hawaiiana feel, with lush landscaping , koi ponds, and the stream running through the property. Walking distance to shopping, dining, snorkeling and swimming. The resort has a nice pool and a covered BBQ dining area with winding walking paths between buildings.

This spacious condo is located right on Waikomo Stream and the peace of nature will lull you into relaxation. It is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of space to spread out.

This property is in such an ideal location for south island activities and food. Many great beaches within just a few minute drive and great food even closer. The unit included may of the necessary beach things you would want like chairs and a cooler. The only thing that wasn’t there was a beach umbrella which we were able to rent locally. AC kept the unit comfortable. Easy parking even with them resurfacing the lot while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The Waikomo Stream Villas are conveniently located and in walking distance to the shopping mall where there are many restaurants and shops. Close to Poipu beach. The unit is located close to the pool, and you can hear the calm trickling of the stream from the bedroom and family room area. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to the unit.It was fully equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

A beautiful getaway

I have never stayed at these rentals before nor have I ever seen them and I was very impressed. The location and view from our room was BEAUITFUL and everything was as described. The AC was a huge plus and loved how spacious and clean the rental was. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location/Large Space

This place was great! Perfect location on the south part of the island, close to all the Poipu beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The unit is large…every room is big! The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates but really it’s still very nice and it doesn’t take away from the experience there…comfortable, homey, functional with a wonderful island feel. And a great view out on the wonderful lanai of very lush landscape and a stream. Beautiful and relaxing. And not to mention…the AC comes in clutch!! The whole complex is quaint, lush, and has plenty of parking. We have stayed in about 5 different places in Kauai over the last two years and this one is my fav. Grab this one for sure!

Great location, great property, great value.

We chose the property to attend our niece’s wedding in Poipu. Also, got to see most of Kauai including Waimea Canyon, Kilauea Lighthouse, and Poipu Beach. Property was very clean and was completely stocked with everything we needed for the week. Just needed to unpack and buy some food.

Family of 4 (with 9 years old twins) found this place to be a very comfortable home away-from-home. The apartment had everything what we needed to make it comfortable stay. It is older and can use some upgrades. Location was great. So close to best beach and to shopping centers. We would consider staying here again. Thank you.

My family had a wonderful stay at Waikaomo Stream Villas. Beautiful gardens . Loved listening to the frogs by the stream at night. Had some electrical problems but the management responded to our messages right a way. We were a little bummed about no jacuzzi since it looked there was one in the photos. Overall a good experience.
