Belle Property Escapes Port Stephens welcomes Bay Beach Salamander Bay, our latest waterfront property addition to our boutique portfolio. This beautiful coastal property accommodates up to 6 Guests in total, sitting right on the water’s edge where the water is aqua blue and the sand crystal white, right on Salamander Bay swimming Beach. Conveniently close to the jetty, yacht club and boat ramp in Salamander Bay.
The water view from this property, really is second to none, with views all the way to the Tomaree headlands and beyond, whether you are viewing form the inside or outside this property. You really cannot get much closer to that perfect beach side holiday, in choosing this property as your next holiday home away from home.
Park your car and start the best seaside holiday you’ve ever had, there are not too many properties that offer the opportunity to watch dolphins swim by your front door, jump from the side of the grass into the aqua blue waters or throw a fishing line virtually from your back door. There is plenty of storage room within the property grounds for your water toys, fishing rods and jet ski.
Sitting back off the beach, less than a few metres, the outdoor alfresco area lines the rear of the property. Step inside to the coastal styled lounge, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, there is a view of the water from every angle.
At the rear of the property, there are 3 bedrooms all set with Queen sized beds, set with quality linen ready for your stay.
All linen is supplied except for beach/pool towels.

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. Byo linen for complimentary travel cot.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
