Small balcony with access from the landing. Total floor area: 70 m² attic parts included. Sheets + household linen included. Beds made. Individual ski room. Small garden and covered private parking. Ski Villaroger / Les Arcs at 4 km), Ste Foy station at 6 km (free shuttle at 100 m only in winter). Beautiful renovated 18th century country barn, located in the heart of a typical village, 6 km from Ste Foy resort (free shuttle in winter) and 4 km from Villaroger / Les Arcs / Domaine Paradiski. Quiet residential area. Very good comfort. Neat contemporary and mountain character. View of the village and the mountains.
