"When we arrived in our room my wife saw a set of contact lenses on the bedside table, open packet of mentors Paint peeling on window seals, rust marks in grout in bathroom ,spar didn't work, Then we had dinner at the Irish bar due to main restaurant closed I had the chicken parmi - the chicken was ..."

"This is not the cheapest hotel in Perth but I would rate it as one of the best. Staff are always very welcoming & pleasant. Hotel facilities are top notch. Special mention to Marilese (not sure how to spell), CJ, Stuart & all time nice guy, Rohan. Highly recommended."
