"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

The hotel was worn down The location was close to the train station which was a bonus but the area was not good for walking or eating choices The hotels near the river were in better locations and the food choices were much better. "Very cute well maintained place, centrally located to the TGV train station, little far to walk to the center. Manager was very welcoming and nice. Walls are a little thin but a little knock at the wall fixed the noise from next door. "
