"Lovely hotel built into three adjoining buildings, which required a bit of exploration to find my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably due to the age of the property and the nature of the building, the walls between rooms are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours moving and talking very clearly. I would still stay here again as it’s very conveniently located for exploring the city and for good public transport access."

"Yes, the room was spotless and easy to navigate, even the shower operation did not require an advanced degree in aquatic engineering. I liked the high ceilings and decor, space allotment and the bedding was flawless, both in linens and pillow/cover quality. regarding staff: welcome was kind and efficient on Feb. 12.'26. I had a good impression and was glad to have arrived. The checkout at 6: am on Feb. 14.'26 was less so. The young men on duty was friendly enough but had no concept of helping a senior guest with luggage. I managed the front stairs of the hotel, in the rain with some difficulty as I wanted to hold on to the railing as well. This young attendant might appreciate a little more training in becoming aware of how he could enjoy his duties more and be better remembered by you guests, -- especially at the occasion of a departure in rain. - No hard feelings, I am glad to return at another time and will recommend your hotel to friends and family. Lastly: I think I left a phone dadptor and a line in my room # 105. If you found it please keep it with my name, I will have it picked up by a friend.
