"The property was absolutely beautiful. We arrived and immediately felt relaxed. Great pool, even in October. Breakfast felt a little expensive but it was lovely to sit outside on the terrace and eat together and eat the fresh, home made produce. No free bottle of wine was given (despite it being part of the booking through Expedia). Would love to stay again and try their evening menu as it looked delicious. A seven minute walk into the town - a perfect location. A taxi to Nice was around €28 so doable directly from the airport. Am hoping to book and come back sometime in the future. Would thoroughly recommend."

"We were especially grateful for the unusually welcoming staff, especially Nicky, who was truly adorable, and for our room which was truly private, with a great bed, a lovely view of citrus trees and the tree-covered hill behind the hotel, and also had a really great bathroom. It was easy to walk into town, and although we didn't actually swim in it, the pool was beautiful and quiet. It was a really lovely place to start our vacation, and to learn, partly from the staff and partly from the lovely books that we borrowed, about the many artists who loved the area as much as we did."

"There was nothing not to like at Maison aux Bonsaïs. From the provision of items for breakfast and some lovely wines… to the gorgeous apartment that’s filled with a lifetime of treasures… we felt like our every need had been anticipated and catered for. Staying here has been the highlight of our European holiday. Thank you Luc and Michael!"

"We spent seven days at this villa in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and it was, quite simply, wonderful. The layout is what makes it exceptional for a large group. There is genuine space here, and it's arranged thoughtfully rather than just generously. The main living areas and the outdoor terrace pulled everyone together naturally at the end of each day, and we shared long meals, late conversations, and more than a few slow mornings with coffee. At the same time, the bedrooms and the quieter corners of the house meant that anyone who wanted to read, nap, work, or simply have an hour to themselves could disappear without feeling like they were hiding. Anyone who has traveled with a big group knows how rare that balance is. Seven days together can test a house, and this one never felt crowded or noisy.The setting adds to it. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is beautiful, and coming back to the villa after a day out was always a pleasure.The rental management deserves particular praise. They were responsive, well organized, and clearly experienced. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, the arrival instructions were clear, and the house was fully prepared for us before we walked in. When we needed local recommendations and a bit of practical help during the week, they handled it without fuss. That kind of preparation takes the stress out of a group trip.We would return without hesitation and recommend it warmly to anyone traveling with family or friends."
