"Room was clean, but the Staff at the Front Desk were terrible. The room was not cleaned and stocked when we checked in. After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again. "

Honnêtement, c'est un hôtel qui se démarque. Et c'est sans parler du professionnalisme de la manager à l'accueil (Mallaury) à qui j'ai eu affaire !"

"Very courteous staff. Room clean and airy with nice garden view. Quiet except for noise from the lift nearby. A fixed shower would have been nice, but overall excellent, especially given the daily rate."
