"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. "I stayed here based on the glowing reviews from past visitors. The hotel was clean, up to date and had plenty of activities and amenities. I stayed in a very clean and spacious room. I had a descent view of the water and could even catch the evening poolside movies from my balcony. Every staff member i encountered greeted me with a smile. We had a power outage,completely out of the hotel's control, but the staff was apologeyic and considerate. They were close to all the things I wanted to do but staying at one of the hotel pools was also a perfect option. I am so glad I stayed here."

"Our stay was decent but I do not know that we would stay again. I am used to staying at Hampton by Hilton and this is definitely a few notches below. It used to be that when a hotel said breakfast included it was not just a continental breakfast but that is what it is. The pool was nice and clean. The rooms were decent and well maintained. The location was great which is why we picked it. Horrible parking and not enough space. Doors to the rooms are outside so it reminds me of a super budget motel. Price was decent so between price and location we were ok with our decision."
