Beautiful location and adorable house

We enjoyed our stay at this adorably decorated and centrally located house. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. Host was very quick to respond to all communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good location

The host was wonderful. Amazing communication and super easy check in and absolutely one of the easiest checkout processes I’ve ever encountered. Location was great. Everything was an easy walking distance and of course, being located next to the chocolate tree definitely had its perks. The only reason they get a four overall is because it was not conducive for gathering. There was not any common area, other than a literal, broken futon and two upright chairs. So when traveling with a family understand that there’s no place for the family to actually sit and gather comfortably. In addition, the floors were dirty. There were bugs on the floor and my white socks were dirty within 30 seconds of walking on the floor in my stocking feet. The bathrooms were updated and clean, and the kitchen was updated and clean. I would recommend the property as long as the renter understands the limited gathering space.

Great Location

Apartment was very clean and location was great for walking to historic downtown shops and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhoods! Owner was very accomodating.

Great location. Nice size for our stay. Easy checkin and check out. Excellent communication with the management. I'd recommend. I think the only issue (and my aunt didn't notice it so maybe it was just me) but it did have a slight off-smell. Maybe it was the air freshener? I'm not sure. But otherwise, it was a great spot. I'd recommend.

Location, location, location!

Walking distance from historic downtown Beaufort. Excellent restaurants in the area. Decor was fresh and modern. The living space was a little uncomfortable. Two little chairs and what seemed like a small futon. Overall, we spent a very nice week there.
