There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend. But if a larger grocery store is what you want, there is one located 20 - 30 minutes away. "We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). The outdoor space was the best part. The pool/hot tub with the outdoor kitchen and bbq pit was perfect. If I had any questions about anything the host responded immediately. The house is a short 5 min drive to public access of the river and the Frio was absolutely beautiful while we were there. The arcade room was great to keep our 9 year old entertained. We will definitely be back in the future. "
